Refund policy

Standard shipping
We send our parcels with Bpost, PostNL, GLS or DPD.

Shipping costs
Free for orders over €49 unless stated otherwise on the webshop.

Delivery time
Once we have received payment, all orders are sent within five working days.
If a product cannot be dispatched within the promised time, we will inform the customer by email.
The customer then decides whether to go ahead with the order or not.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days via the contact form on our website.
Goods must be sent back in their original condition (unless damaged on delivery), complete and undamaged.
After we approve your return request, you can print a returns form and send the items back to us with that form.
The cost of return postage is paid by the purchaser.
If you meet all these conditions, we will refund the purchase amount within five working days of receiving the return.
