Shipping policy

Standard Shipping
We send our parcels with Bpost, PostNL, GLS or DPD.

Shipping Costs
Free from €49 unless stated otherwise on the webshop.

Delivery Time
From the moment we receive payment, all orders are dispatched within five working days.
If a product cannot be sent within the promised time, the customer will be informed by email.
The customer then decides whether to proceed with the order or not.

Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days via the contact form on our website.
Goods must be returned in their original condition (unless damaged on delivery), complete and undamaged.
Once your return request is approved, you can print a returns form and send the items back to us with that form.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the purchaser.
If you meet all these conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to you within five working days after we receive the return.
