Our customer service will review and resolve your question or complaint to ensure you are satisfied.

We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours of receipt. However, if this takes more time, we will inform you.

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If the complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
